These natural minor differences are inherent characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and are NOT considered defects or grounds for standard returns, provided the product substantially conforms to its written description.
  • Display vs. Reality: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays, screen calibrations, lighting environments, and digital photography, the actual colors, brilliance, and gold-plated luster may vary from what appears on your device.
  • Aesthetic Expectations: The visual effects of 24K gold plating naturally vary based on environmental lighting. We do not guarantee that aesthetic results will meet each individual's subjective personal expectations outside of our explicit quality guarantees.

2. Warranty Coverage Periods

We stand behind the durability of our gold plating under normal conditions:

  • Display Items (Decorative/Feng Shui Displays): Covered by a 24-month to 10-year warranty against fading under normal environmental display conditions.
  • Regular Use Items (Daily Wear/Handling): Covered by a 24-month to 5-year warranty against fading under normal handling and usage conditions.
  • Premium Product Line: Covered by a Lifetime Warranty against fading under normal conditions.

3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

A warranty claim will strictly be honored only if ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. Authenticity: The warranty applies exclusively to genuine products bearing the official Tam Bo De logo and must be accompanied by a valid purchase order number from tambode.com.
  2. Validity Period: The claim must be filed strictly within the designated warranty timeframe, starting from the original confirmed date of purchase.
  3. Chemical Exposure: The warranty applies only if the product has NOT been exposed to any chemicals, including but not limited to perfumes, body lotions, cosmetics, detergents, alcohol, or corrosive cleaning agents.
  4. Physical Impact: The warranty is valid only if the product has sustained no physical damage caused by sharp objects, scratches, drops, or excessive force.
  5. Product Integrity: The warranty strictly covers products that remain completely intact. Any items showing signs of chipping, cracking, warping, tearing, or breakage are excluded from coverage.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To invoke your warranty, contact our team at info@tambode.com with: (1) your original order number, (2) a detailed description of the fading issue, and (3) clear, high-resolution photographs of the item. Authorized claims will receive instructions on replacement options within 3–5 business days.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 


An order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order you place with us for reasons including, but not limited to: limitations on available stock, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention mechanisms.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.   • Carrier & Delivery: Standard domestic shipping is handled via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Regular and Priority Mail services. Estimated delivery times generally range from 2–5 business days depending on the destination zip code.

2. International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Destinations: We offer international shipping to destinations around the globe, including but not limited to the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), Australia, and Canada.
  • Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: For all international orders, the purchaser/recipient is designated as the importer of record. As such, you are solely responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for paying all applicable import duties, customs tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees. These additional fees are NOT collected or calculated by TAM BO DE USA and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
  • Compliance: TAM BO DE USA is committed to legal cross-border practices. We will accurately state the full purchase value of the items on all customs declarations forms. We cannot misrepresent or undervalue items to avoid local taxes.

3. General Shipping Disclaimers

All delivery timeframes provided on the website are non-binding estimates only. TAM BO DE USA shall not be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from courier service disruptions, extreme weather events, labor strikes, customs clearances inspections, or any other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 — REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Our return policies align with standard consumer protection laws.

  • Return Window: You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your merchandise to request a return.
  • Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, completely intact, with all original tags attached, and contained within its original product packaging. You must present the valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Process: You must initiate all return requests by contacting info@tambode.com before mailing any items back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. If accepted, we will issue a return shipping label alongside detailed instructions.
  • Exclusions: Customized, engraved, personalized items, sale items, and digital gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Once your returned package is received and formally inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers possess the right to cancel or return their order for any reason within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The item must still meet our standard eligibility conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging).
