Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard / Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment, fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.
  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.

(Note: Remote addresses in Alaska and Hawaii may experience slightly longer delivery timeframes.)

Free Domestic Shipping on Orders Over $100

We proudly offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more within the continental U.S. The qualifying purchase amount is determined after discounts and before sales taxes or shipping charges are applied.

International Shipping to Europe

We proudly offer secure international shipping to destinations across the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), powered seamlessly by Shopify Managed Markets.

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): To guarantee a smooth customs clearance, all applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local Value-Added Taxes (VAT) are calculated and collected directly at checkout. You will not face any unexpected fees or customs holds upon delivery.
  • Shipping Estimates: International transit times to European destinations generally range from 7–14 business days, depending on local postal services and customs checkpoints.
  • Strict Battery Exclusion: To comply with international aviation security guidelines and ensure seamless border clearance, all orders shipped to Europe are strictly dispatched WITHOUT operating 18650 lithium-ion batteries. European customers must source flat-top 18650 batteries locally.

Delivery Protection & Signature Requirement

Due to the premium handcrafted nature, intricate gold-gilding, and high value of our items, TAM BO DE USA reserves the right to enforce a "Signature Required upon Delivery" protocol for domestic orders through USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your sacred art piece is safely received and prevents transit theft.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Click the link in the email or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier’s official tracking portal.

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package is not in your possession, please wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark shipments early. Check secure drop-off areas, building managers, or with neighbors. If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact our support team at info@tambode.com for assistance.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees. Please contact us immediately to arrange a reshipment or a refund (minus original shipping costs).

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your package or items arrive damaged or incorrect, please email info@tambode.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, full name, and clear, high-resolution photographs of the shipping label, packaging, and items in question.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier safety restrictions for premium handcrafted items and signature requirements. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout.
