This website is operated by TAM BO DE USA (https://tambode.com). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TAM BO DE USA. We offer certified 24K gold-plated Bodhi leaf charms, gold-plated epoxy statues of Jesus and the Madonna and Child, and gold-leaf epoxy wall clocks, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all orders. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 — ARTISAN PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

  • Handcrafted & Epoxy Nature: Our products incorporate natural elements, delicate gold leafing, and premium epoxy resin casting. Each piece possesses unique artisan variations in shape, size, and texture layer depth. These natural minor differences are inherent traits of craftsmanship and are NOT considered defects or grounds for standard returns.
  • Display vs. Reality: Due to variances in monitor calibrations and lighting environments, the actual colors, brilliance, and gold luster may vary slightly from online product images.

SECTION 2A — PREMIUM QUALITY COMMITMENT & WARRANTY

Our products are certified 24K gold-plated. We stand behind our artisan craftsmanship under the following strict coverage limits:

  • Plating Fading Warranty: Gold surfaces are covered against fading under normal indoor display or non-abrasive handling for 24 months to 10 years (or Lifetime for designated premium lines explicitly tagged on tambode.com).
  • Mechanical Elements: Quartz clock movements and physical hands carry a strict 12-month mechanical warranty only.
  • Electrical & Battery Elements: Integrated LED lighting wires and rechargeable 18650 batteries are consumable items and are completely excluded from multi-year plating coverage.
  • Resin Material Care: Natural ambering or yellowing of the epoxy resin caused by prolonged exposure to direct, intense UV sunlight or extreme heat completely voids the warranty.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & PRICING

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud alerts flag alerts. Product prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do NOT include sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or shipping fees, which are calculated and itemized during checkout.

SECTION 4 — DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

  • Carrier Networks: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days [SECTION 5].
  • Delivery Protection: Due to the high value ($149.00) of our items, we reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure secure receipt and prevent porch theft [SECTION 5].
  • Battery Safety compliance: For US shipments containing operating flat-top 18650 batteries, all batteries must be fully integrated and safely contained inside the equipment prior to shipment, fully complying with domestic ground transit guidelines [SECTION 5].

SECTION 5 — INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & SAFETY TO EUROPE

We proudly ship to the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) via Shopify Managed Markets [SECTION 5].

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local VAT are automatically calculated and collected at checkout. Your package will clear customs smoothly without any unexpected fees upon delivery [SECTION 5].
  • Strict Battery Exclusion for Europe: To comply with international aviation security guidelines and ensure seamless border clearance, all European orders are strictly dispatched WITHOUT lithium-ion 18650 batteries. European customers assume full responsibility for purchasing required flat-top 18650 batteries locally [SECTION 5].

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Return Window: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a return request through our Shopify Customer Portal [SECTION 6].
    - Eligibility Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged, and contained within its original luxury packaging with all certificates. Complementary hardware, custom ropes, or hanging accessories must be returned together in the original box [SECTION 6].
  • Customer-Paid Labels & Self-Printing: We do NOT offer free return shipping. Once a return is approved, a prepaid return label will be generated digitally. The customer is solely responsible for downloading, printing, and affixing this label. The label cost will be automatically deducted from your final product refund [SECTION 6].
  • Returned to Sender (Incorrect Address): If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer must pay a standard re-shipping fee to redeliver the package. If a refund is requested instead, the original carrier cost paid to the post office will be deducted from your final product refund via an adjustment fee [SECTION 6].
