Our collections feature certified 24K gold plating and artisan gold-leafing craftsmanship, officially inspected and approved by the Institute of Natural Resources and Environment. Every piece is handcrafted to meet global quality standards. 

All genuine purchases from tambode.com are covered under our official plating warranty below:

Warranty Scope & Timeframes (Covers Gold Fading Only)

• Art Clocks & Statues (Epoxy Clocks / Jesus & Mary Statues): Covered by a 24-month to 10-year warranty against gold fading under normal indoor display conditions.
  
• Daily Accessories (Phone Charms / Car Hangings): Covered by a fixed 24-month (2-year) warranty against gold fading under normal, non-abrasive handling.
  
• Premium Line: Lifetime Warranty applies strictly to listings explicitly tagged with "Official Lifetime Plating Warranty" on our storefront.

Strict Component Exclusions (What is NOT covered)

• Clock Movements: Internal quartz motors and physical clock hands carry a standard 12-month mechanical warranty only.
  
• Electronics: Integrated LED wiring and rechargeable 18650 batteries are consumable items and are excluded from the long-term plating warranty.
  
• Epoxy Resin Care: Natural ambering or yellowing of the resin material caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat is not covered.
  
• Misuse: Product damage resulting from chemical exposure (perfumes, lotions, detergents, alcohol), friction scratches, drops, cracks, or structural breakage completely voids the warranty.

Claim Verification Criteria

• The item must bear our official logo and have a valid order number verified directly from tambode.com.
  
• The service request must be initiated within the active warranty timeframe, starting from the original purchase date.

How to File a Claim:

Email support at info@tambode.com with: (1) your verified order number, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) clear, high-resolution photos of the item. Authorized claims are processed within 3–5 business days.
