At TAM BO DE USA, we take pride in the sacred quality and exquisite craftsmanship of our handcrafted gold-plated pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, all the following conditions must be met:
  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the tracking status shows "Delivered".
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original pristine condition.
  • The product must be returned inside its original luxury gift packaging, including all certificates, protective wraps, and accessories.
  • Please note: Due to safety regulations, if your item was shipped with any complementary hardware, it must be returned together in its original box.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees and customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • Return Processing Time

Important Notes

  • All returns must be pre-approved through our Shopify Customer Portal or accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number from TAM BO DE USA Customer Service.
  • The authorized returned item must be physically shipped out within 14 days of receiving your return authorization notice.

Return Processing Time

Once your return package is received at our facility and undergoes our quality assessment, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you whether your refund/exchange has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
